Delete your Pitchcraft account

In the game (immediate)

Open Pitchcraft, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Your account is deleted at once.

Without the game: with your recovery key (immediate)

The recovery key is the secret that restores your account on a new phone. Whoever has it can sign in as you, so enter it only here, on Pitchcraft's own site, and only if you want the account gone.

Without the game: with your friend code (after a wait)

Enter the friend code shown on the Friends screen. The account is deleted after 14 days, or 28 days if it has bought anything. Friend codes are shared with friends, so anyone who knows one could ask: the account's phones are told, and if anyone plays on the account during the wait, the request is cancelled.

What is deleted

Your name, friend code, sign-in keys, ratings, items, Coins and Gems balances (including unused purchased Gems), friends, club membership, missions, season pass progress and notification tokens. Match results remain only under a random ID that no longer links to anyone. See the privacy policy for details.
