1. These terms

These terms govern your use of Pitchcraft, the game and its online services (the "Game"). Pitchcraft is made by Uğur Kontel, an independent developer in Türkiye who publishes as Fillbyte ("we"). By playing, you accept these terms and the Pitchcraft Privacy Policy at https://playpitchcraft.com/privacy.

2. Your account

  • The Game creates an account for you on first launch. You answer an age screen, and the Game limits some features by age group as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • Your account is personal. Do not sell, share or transfer it.
  • Your recovery key is kept in your device's backup. If you lose both your device and its backup, we may not be able to restore your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the Game or at https://api.playpitchcraft.com/account-deletion.

3. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the Game for non-commercial purposes. The Game, its code, art, names and content belong to us or our licensors.

4. Coins, Gems and items

  • Coins are earned by playing. Gems are bought with real money through Google Play.
  • Coins, Gems and items are a licence to use content in the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the Game, and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Prices are shown in the Game and in Google Play before you buy. Google Play processes the payment and its terms apply to it.
  • Players in the child age group cannot buy Gems.
  • There are no paid random rewards in the Game.

5. Delivery, right of withdrawal and refunds

  • Gem packs are digital content delivered immediately. Before you buy, you agree that delivery starts at once and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has started. This follows Article 15 of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
  • Refunds of Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policies. When Google refunds a purchase, the Gems or items it delivered are removed from your account.
  • Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

6. Fair play and conduct

  • Do not cheat, use bots, scripts or modified clients, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players' matches or our servers.
  • Choose player and club names that are not offensive, hateful or misleading and do not imitate another person or brand.
  • Do not harass other players or misuse reports.
  • Computer-controlled opponents are always labelled in the Game.
  • We may hide names, remove clubs, apply match penalties, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can ask us for the reason for any such decision, and for a review of it, at support@fillbyte.com.

7. Reporting content

You can report a player, name or club in the Game, or write to support@fillbyte.com. We review reports and act on content that breaks these terms or the law.

8. The service

  • The Game needs an internet connection for online modes. We work to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We may change, add or remove features, modes and content. If we ever close the Game, we will announce it in the Game at least 60 days in advance.
  • The Game may show optional ads that you choose to watch. Ads come from Google AdMob.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise the Game is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss of in-game content caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts that the law names. Please contact us first at support@fillbyte.com; most problems are solved quickly that way.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Game or the law changes. The date above shows the latest version. If a change reduces your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect, in the Game or on this page.
